LF is control-J on most keyboards, however I find the following
sequence of commands seems to work fine, echos what I type and
allows CR as a terminator.
[C:\K95\] K-95> set host pilot.msu.edu:105
DNS Lookup... Trying 35.9.5.108... Reverse DNS Lookup... (OK)
pilot.msu.edu connected on port 105
[C:\K95\] K-95> set local-echo on
[C:\K95\] K-95> connect
